It has excellent location for visiting Beirut Souks Shopping Mall.

Best and affable staff as one would expect.

The staff was welcoming - we would book again. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, at a medium distance from Maghen Abraham Synagogue. The family king room had basic facilities you need, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment.

The location was fantastic - not far from many restaurants, the shops and many attractions, Beirut Souqs, Zaitona Bay. It also was near to everything in Downtown.

The room is incredibly comfortable, and the staff is amicable. There is a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The location is favourable and excellent, it's just off main attractions in the area, other tourist locations and many restaurants, shopping and business.

We were in a suite with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. There was a tub too. The hotel location was magnificent in the best restaurant in Beirut.

This hotel is located in a great area of the city, close to many restaurants and shops. The view from the room is stunning, overlooking the city and the sea. The breakfast has many options and the service is exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. As a solo traveller, I loved the gym and pool facilities which were both clean and well-maintained.

The Wi-Fi can be unreliable at times.

The Hilton Beirut Downtown is a fantastic hotel for families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location in the downtown Beirut district was perfect. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having a laptop-compatible safe, TV set, and a writing desk in our room. It was great that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi. We can't wait to return for some much-needed rest.

Amiable staff, particularly good location, everything was brand-new. Totally very lovely stay during the two nights.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, but everything was perfect. It was in a perfect and excellent location with an interactive science museum nearby. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

The first 5 star hotel where everything was great and clean. Got the same king guest room booked online, liked that. An electric kettle and glassware were a plus. Its location in Beirut was particularly good, right by many restaurants, shopping and business, other tourist locations, and the shops and the restaurants. Downtown Beirut district was worth visiting.

Location not far from the best restaurant, downtown and main attractions. For tea or coffee visit Em Sherif Cafe nearby. Great meals

The stay here was fine during the two nights. Had extremely spacious room with private bathroom and central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV. The stuff were best and excellant too. The location was magnificent for walking around Beirut Souks Shopping Mall. It also was in the best restaurant in Beirut.

New and clean hotel, impressive ambiance. Friendly reception staff. Great location close to attractions, dining options, and Majidiah Mosque. Excellent service from restaurant, front desk, and concierge. Sincere gratitude to Antonio, Ali, Hassan, and management for creating a wonderful experience. Attentive staff made wife's birthday memorable. Upgraded to Presidential Suite.
